As early as the 1500s, Klädesholmen was a well-known fishing village off the coast of Tjörn. The site’s strong connection to herring has been evident for hundreds of years, and we proudly carry that tradition forward.
Klädesholmen Seafood is now part of the Gröntvedt Group, which includes both seafood and nutrition operations.
Klädesholmen Seafood operates in a traditional industry with its main focus on the production of canned herring and caviar. Operations are carried out at the factory in Stansvik/Rönnäng on southern Tjörn.
