Production & Warehouse Operator
Klädesholmen Seafood is looking for a new colleague who is interested in working both in our production and in our warehouse.
As early as the 1500s, Klädesholmen was a well-known fishing village off the coast of Tjörn. The site’s strong connection to herring has been evident for centuries, and we proudly carry that tradition forward. Klädesholmen Seafood is now part of the Gröntvedt Group, which includes both seafood and nutrition operations. We operate in a traditional industry with a main focus on producing canned herring and caviar. Our operations are based at the factory in Stansvik/Rönnäng on Tjörn.
Responsibilities
As a food production & warehouse operator, your main duties include:
Collect finished goods from the production lines and place them in the finished-goods cold storage.
Pick and supply customers with the correct products according to order.
Help ensure an efficient production flow.
Follow applicable procedures and standards (e.g., process monitoring, quality checks).
Rotate between positions on different production lines.
Personal Qualities
Meticulous and flexible.
A strong team player.
Positive, cheerful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Genuine interest in production and warehouse work with technical aptitude.
Forklift license/certification (required).
Previous experience from the food industry is a plus.
Good command of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
