Herring, caviar & pâté
Our tasty herring products are available under the brands Alax, Bråse, Klockbojen and PK Konserver. As of 2008, a new visual profile is being launched, and therefore all our products are gathered under the common brand Klädesholmen.
Herring
The herring comes from the Norwegian Sea, the North Sea, the Skagerrak and the Kattegat. No raw material comes from the Baltic Sea.
Caviar & Pâté
Klädesholmens Kaviar is celebrated on the west coast where it has been part of the breakfast table for several generations in various designs.
Seaweed Caviar
Our seaweed caviar is an imitation of rockfish roe, made from seaweed. It is used to advantage in both hot and cold dishes as an ingredient and decoration.
